A few little things in life bring true happiness and peace of mind. But sometimes life goes too fast that we miss the sense of where we are going and why. Here are some soul detox tips that bring some balance here and there:

1) Take your time getting well-dressed in the morning, make yourself some good breakfast and pamper yourself; 👸🥐☕️🥞

2) Do or receive random acts of kindness as they are instant day changers; 😇

4) Take a walk in the sunshine, think of all the beauty around you and don’t forget to take photographs wherever you go; 👣📸☀️

5) Revisit an old childhood favorite spot, watch old TV shows or listen to old songs you used to really enjoy.📺 📻

6) Remember that the world can wait, so enjoy your ‘me’ time and let your soul breathe. Don’t forget to unplug. 😎📵

7) Keep searching for things that feed your soul and make you grow beautifully like:

a) A person who tells you something new that makes you learn more about yourself and the world; 💡🌍💬

b) A place that makes you think of things beyond your mind; 🏞🌊🌈

c) A hobby or whatever you love to do that makes your soul shine; 🎨🎹🚴🤾‍♂️🏌️👩‍🍳

d) A book, a song or a movie that makes your soul wander somewhere else; 📚🎞🎼🎶🎵🎤

e) Quality time with your loved ones that adds special moments to your life. Life is about those little moments you find intense, spontaneous and ultimately special—moments you will always keep in your memory. 😍💑👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
