I am excited to announce that my Arabic translation of Sufi poems and meditation sessions are now available on NUR, a mindfulness and meditation app that provides daily audio to enhance well-being and support mental health struggles and sleep deprivation in Arabic. This app is tailored for the Arab world and its diaspora, delivering content in various Arabic dialects. It offers culturally relevant meditations in several dialects to allow for a deeper personal experience.
As a translator, I have always been passionate about bringing meaningful content to a wider audience. When I was approached by NUR to translate their content into Arabic, I was thrilled to be a part of this project. I knew that this app would be a valuable resource for people in the Arab world and its diaspora who are looking for ways to improve their mental health and well-being.
My translation work on NUR includes poems and meditation sessions that are designed to help users relax, reduce stress, and improve their overall mental health. These sessions are available in various Arabic dialects, ensuring that users can find a session that resonates with them on a personal level.
I am proud to have contributed to this app, which offers a unique and culturally relevant approach to mindfulness and meditation. The app’s focus on Arabic dialects ensures that users can connect with the content on a deeper level, making it a valuable resource for anyone looking to improve their mental health and well-being.
I want to thank Shahira Hemeda, Founder of NUR and her team for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this project. It has been a rewarding experience to work with them and to see my translations come to life on the app.
If you are looking for a way to improve your mental health and well-being, I highly recommend downloading NUR and trying out the meditation sessions and poems that I have translated. Kick back, plug in your earphones, and relax while listening to one of our meditations, poetry, coaching sessions, or even healing sounds for manifestation.
Thank you for reading and I hope you find NUR to be a valuable resource for your mental health and well-being.
